Ricardo Sanchis – 1a F Flamenco Guitar

A beautiful and very light flamenco guitar made by Ricardo Sanchis in Valencia. This is the 1a F model, built in the traditional flamenco style with a spruce top and cypress back and sides.

The guitar has a orange finish, as you can see in the photographs. It is exceptionally light, comfortable to play, and has the quick response you expect from a traditional flamenco guitar.

The sound is direct, dry, and lively, with a strong rhythmic character and plenty of punch. It has the kind of authentic flamenco voice that works beautifully for both playing and accompanying.

The guitar previously had a crack on the back, which has been professionally repaired and stabilized. The repair has no structural impact and does not affect the sound or playability of the instrument.
