Zach Steiner is an American-born, Netherlands-based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who calls his sound "Gutter Folk" — Roots Americana played with a raw, unpolished edge. Finger-picked guitar meets an unfiltered, biting vocal delivery, swinging between sharp-eyed commentary and painfully honest introspection. It's music as "musical alchemy," turning inner conflict and life's darker corners into something that feels like therapy for the room as much as for him.

Self-taught on piano, violin, trumpet, bass and guitar, Steiner grew up in a household built around weekly band rehearsals and chose the stage over college straight out of high school. He's since shared stages with John Popper (Blues Traveler) and Lightnin' Luke (The Bridge City Sinners), and recorded in Nashville with legendary Ramones producer Ed Stasium.

For this show, he'll be joined by a bass player, bringing extra depth and groove to the Gutter Folk sound in the warm, personal setting Casa Guitarra is known for.
