This beautifully handcrafted guitar by Dirk Jan is an exact replica of the legendary instrument played by Andrés Segovia for over 30 years—a masterpiece originally built by the iconic luthier Hermann Hauser I.

Unlike many so-called Hauser replicas, this instrument captures every fine detail of the original. From the distinctive V-joint neck to the uniquely shaped top nut, Dirk Jan has meticulously recreated the design. A testament to Hauser’s genius, the nut design was cleverly made to stay in place while changing strings—a small but brilliant detail rarely copied correctly.

The guitar also faithfully replicates the rosette, end tail, and neck profile,  each crafted with precision and care. These intricate details make this guitar a true standout, both in looks and authenticity.
